   Meanwhile, the Head of the Southeast Sulawesi Culture and Education Office (Kadisbud), Asrun Lio explained, this condition only applies to students in grade 10 and 11 at the high school and vocational level. For the kindergarten, elementary and junior high levels, it has been implemented by each district / city in Southeast Sulawesi.

 Adverbial Phrases
   Adverbial phrases are groups of words consisting of adverbs with qualifiers (too, very, so, enough,etc) or groups of words such as: prepositional phrases or infinitive phrases that function like adverbs.
Example:
Single adverb      : yesterday, quickly, there.
Adverbial phrase : to go to school, very quickly, at home.

Adverb with qualifier
Example:
Adverb : Slowly
Qualifier : Extremely
Sentences : He drives extremely slowly.

Prepositional Phrase
The prepositional phrase can agree to the five kinds of challenging adverb some examples of adverb phrases from propositional phrases are as follows.
 
1. Time
Example: They Couldn't do anything during the storm.

2. Manner
Example: This customer always pays the bill with his debit card.

3. Place
Example: I'm on flight to Bandung.

4. Frequency
Example: Old people may need to see a Doctor every year. 

Infinitve Phrase
Most adverbial phrases formed from the infinitive form are used to occupy the role of adverbs of purpose. Some examples of adverbial phrases from the infinitive form are as follows.
Example :
to gain his muscle mass : He does physical exercises regularly to gain his muscle mass.
to get the access             : To get the accesss, you must register first.

Adverbial Clause
Adverbial clause is a dependent clause that fun faction as an adverb and provides information about verb adjective or adverb that is in an independent clause with the capacity to answer questions such as: how,when,where,and why.

Types of Adverbial Clause

- Adverbial clause of time
- Adverbial clause of place
- Adverbial clause of reason
- Adverbial clause of contrast (concession)
- Adverbial clause of manner

The pattern of Adverbial Clause

Adverbial Clause
"Subordinate Conjunction + S + V +/- …"
Complex Sentence
"Independent Clause (S + V +/- …) + Adverbial Clause"

   Adverbial clause can be at the beginning of a sentence then followed by an independent clause.conversely an independent clause can be at the beginning of sentence, then followed by an adveribial at end of this clause there is a comma punctuation mark.

Types of Adverbial Clause
1. Time
An adverbial clause of time is a subordinate clause that answers the question when.
Examples of Conjunction and Adverbial Clause of Time Sentences:
After : I'm going to give her this present after our surprise party on Tuesday.

2. Place
The adverbial clause of place answers questions that are preceded by the question where .
Examples of Conjunction and Adverbial Clause of Place Sentences:
Wherever : I take it with me wherever i go. 

3. Reason
Example:
Because : Because she had free time during last holiday, she rearranged her house.

4. Contrast (concession)
Example:
Although : Although today is holiday, my friends go to school.

5. Manner
Example:
Like : He talked to me like i was a child.
