NF (15), a teenager who killed a five-year-old child in Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta was threatened with articles of premeditated murder. As a result the death sentence awaits the middle school student.

Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Senior Commissioner Pol Heru Novianto said the NF was charged with Article 338 in conjunction with 340 KUHP regarding premeditated murder. In this article the suspect may be sentenced to death or life imprisonment or imprisonment for a certain period of time of no more than 20 years. Currently NF is undergoing a mental examination at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital.

Next the police are waiting for the results of the psychiatric test. After that the NF will be processed by a legal process. If the NF is proven to have psychiatric problems, then the death penalty or life imprisonment according to the article can be abolished.

 ØPersonal recount ~~ Personal recount is a recount text that serves to tell about the author's personal experience.
Ø  Factual recount ~~ is a recount text that serves to present reports of events that actually happened, such as science experiment reports or police reports.
Ø  Imaginative ~~ is a type of recount text that serves to present an imaginative story.  Then write down events or events that have occurred.
